1. Introduction

Welcome to HomeFile (homefile.biz). These terms govern your use of purchase document coordination services, information products, and goods offered on this site. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered

2.1 Purchase Document Coordination

HomeFile coordinates the procurement and management of official documents on your behalf. This service includes order placement, follow-up, and delivery of final documents.

2.2 Information Products

Digital materials such as guides, manuals, or templates provided in downloadable format.

2.3 Goods

Physical items shipped to your specified address, as described on product pages.

3. Order Processes

To place an order, complete the steps on our site and submit payment as prompted. All services and goods are subject to availability and acceptance of payment.

4. Reimbursement and Scheduling Policy

4.1 Purchase Document Coordination Services

Requests for cancellation or scheduling changes must reach us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date via Contact Form. Approved cancellations or changes will receive a reimbursement issued through your original payment method within 14 business days.

Certain premium or expedited coordination services are non-reimbursable due to dedicated resource allocation. Such non-reimbursable terms will be clearly indicated on the order confirmation.

4.2 Information Products

If you are not satisfied with a digital product, submit a request within 7 days of download. Upon approval, access will be revoked and a reimbursement will be issued within 14 business days of the request.

4.3 Goods

Unused items in original packaging may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Shipping of sent-back items is your responsibility. Once we receive the items and confirm their condition, we will issue a reimbursement within 14 business days. Original shipment charges are not subject to reimbursement.

5. Liability Limitations

HomeFile will not be liable for incidental or consequential issues arising from service delays, product defects, or other unforeseeable matters, except as required by applicable law.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved in Doha courts.
